Martha Montoya participated in the Annual Conference ³Prospering in a Changing World² which took place April 26th—28th at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

Martha joined the Roundtable Discussion: Women in Business, which focused on ways that women in business are changing the economic landscape, the challenges—new and old—they are confronting, and ways they are overcoming these challenges.

Between 1997 and 2002, the number of women-owned businesses in the U.S. grew by 11 percent, more than one-and-a-half times the average rate.
